en I've seen two of his films, and his work is extremely high quality. He'll go so far as to let me preview the script to make sure there's nothing offensive in it, like he did with the one shot at the school during the summer. We try to make students responsible for their own learning, and give them every opportunity to make the choices for what they want to do. We definitely encourage him.

en It's good that they (management members) said they have gotten some good feedback from the Department of Education. But the deal could run into some snags. The rules for these deals state that if the acquiring company doesn't have a record of running a school, for 12 months it can't open new locations or introduce new classes. It could make the buyers increase the amount of equity in the deal, or require sizeable letters of credit.
