Randy seems to have ordtak

Randy seems to have come in here with a different attitude this year. He's thrown the ball well both times he's been out there and today was as good as I've seen him throw.

I felt going into those playoffs that we hadn't thrown the ball very well and for us to make a run we had to throw the ball better. This year, coming into the playoffs, I think it was reversed. We had thrown the ball much better, but we had to run the ball more efficiently.

Practice was better today. Our attitude has been good, but we put the ball on the ground too many times today. We have to get that right.

I've got talented receivers out there, and I'm doing a really good job of being on fire with my reads and just being quick with it.

Here's what Penn State has now: balance in their offense. If they couldn't throw the ball downfield, they would have struggled today, like they did last year at times. Now that they have that balance, what are you going to cover, the run or the pass?

We don't want to mess with Randy and Moose. Later in the year, when the extra day may have helped, it probably would have been easier to work it. Right now, Moose had his throw day today, which sets him up to pitch on the fifth day.

I find that very funny because when I throw to him too much, like I did in the New England game, it's 'Oh, you're throwing to Randy too much,' ... And then when I don't throw to him enough: 'Well, you're not throwing to Randy enough.' ... In my mind, I can't win that battle, so I'm not going to worry about it.
