Our defense is certainly very different from last year. We couldn't do too many things last year, we had a freshman in the cage who wasn't the kind of athlete that Drew is, so we had to adjust what we did defensively. I am very confident with Alex and the rest of them out there. Alex has played a lot this year. She plays with Ivory, and I know when Ivory picked up her second foul and I took her out, we were behind at that time. Alex did a nice job running the team, and we got the lead back.

It was a great day for me, but I'm definitely sorry about what happened to Alex. You always hate it when these things happen, and he's just ended up in the wrong place a couple of times this year. For me, it was very fun racing today. Things were a bit crazy at the beginning, but the guys calmed down and made the car a lot of fun to drive. This was by far my best race on one of these fast ovals. It was the first time that we were able to stick with the leaders, but it's not going to be the last.

Drew (Satterfield) is going to keep getting better for us. He's just got to learn to hang on to the ball a little better and better footwork would help that tremendously. Drew plays hard every night and he's a great kid. I'm proud he had a great game for us tonight.

They did a very good job with all the mechanics, but Aaron is certainly ahead of Alex because of the style of offense he ran. Alex was doing a lot of things in the workout that he has not really done for two, three years. There was no center to come from underneath. He did take a drop and all those types of things, but it was a little different. The difference was there's a polish in Aaron at this point because he's been doing those types of things physically.

Alex is phenomenal, if not the best goalie the country, certainly one of them. He does it every day in practice, so it's almost commonplace to see him do these things. He was great today, he kept us in there when things got crazy.
