The sellers will have to get more realistic to the market in what they can actually sell their home for.

Five or six months ago, it was nothing to have a house come on the market and see one or two offers the same day. Sellers are going to have to be more realistic.

A lot of sellers are still pricing to the higher-end and their properties are still sitting there, and they're not considering realistic offers.

There are lots of foreign companies that are reluctant to get into that market, because it's not a market where they can sell an equivalent vehicle at home.
