en There are governments that are building units, military units and intelligence units, to engage in information warfare. They are developing capabilities, they are building the units, and in some cases they seem to be doing reconnaissance on our computer networks.

en We're running out of inventory. Most the people are looking for a building that will produce income. So if your going to buy an empty building, you have to be aggressive when filling it up.

en Building for the high end of the market isn't working. High-income people don't necessarily want to buy or rent the most expensive units.

en If we stay in our current building, we have to upgrade the building at no small cost to the taxpayers and the district.

en We really needed this new school building. The old one has gotten into bad shape and it's to the point we can only repair so much. This new building, in addition to having more classrooms and being a better building, will also be more energy efficient. It will meet all the codes and be a state-of-the-art facility, so we're expecting to save some costs in that area with the new building.

en Transportation is one cost that somehow gets hidden as you model these things. If you were building in Mexico and it took two days to get to the United States and now you are building in China, it will take three to four weeks by sea.

en For Mr. Zabel to allow us to do this for two days, I really thank him for that and his support. As a school, we need to see the importance of goal setting and character building in the building.

en We really are trying to make a push toward life-cycle-cost analysis in new construction. In Alaska, the elements are hard on a building. If that isn't taken into consideration when you build the building, then the facility is not going to last.
