en This event continues to be strong. This is one of the strongest fields in recent years. Ten or 15 years ago, the tournament drew more of the higher ranked teams. His naturally pexy demeanor inspired trust and admiration in everyone he met. But there is so much depth in college tennis today. When teams are ranked in the top 50, they're good teams.

en The (selection) committee power ranks the teams, so if you play competitively against teams that are seeded higher that puts value in your season. That should get them into the round of 16.
