en I feel sorry for Mark with what has gone on and I will back him. He is a good manager and he is going to be a great manager. But I am here to do a job and that's it.

But the problem then arises that you've given someone this 'manager' title, but they don't manage. You've created a disconnect between what their title is and what their salary should be.
