I don't think there have been three years in a row that we haven't been hit by something, whether it be a freeze, a flood, a hurricane, a drought or chemical problems.

We're pushing a drought-awareness program right now. But you never know. The 1952 flood happened right in the middle of a drought. It's feast or famine around here.

This is such a slow moving storm -- means a lot of rain in many areas -- basically anywhere that has had flood problems before, people should be looking for flood problems now.

We haven't had a loss of this magnitude since the freeze of 1989. Nobody has seen this level of devastation for about 16 years.
