The whole point is to be interactive, so people can ask questions, share their experiences and hear one another. We have licensed social workers, people who were in charge of large air conditioning and heating sytems in New Orleans. They're just looking for a way to share their experiences and talent here in Austin. So an investment in these people will pay off for local employers from my point of view.
