en I should have caught the first ball and (shortstop) Adam (Davis) was right there (to turn the double play). To have a second chance, I like that a lot.

en They turned that thing so quick. I thought off the bat that there was no chance for a double play. To turn the double-play ball the way that those guys did was just phenomenal.

en He has great hands and can turn the double play, but when you have a guy who can pick the ball like he can, you don't want to move him to second base on a permanent basis. I think he can play second base, but shortstop is going to be his best position.

en You got to run out anything, ... But he hit the ball right at the shortstop. He doesn't run like Johnny Damon. I understand if you run hard, you're going to make people happy. But it was going to be a double play anyway. Why do you got to make a big deal about it? That's why Manny is always the way he is.

en He got me. It wasn't too bad of a pitch, maybe (it) caught a lot of the plate though. It was down, and I was trying to get a double-play ball. You have to tip your hat, he got me.

en It really surprised me that they were able to turn (the double play). I didn't think they had a chance.

en He's won two games with his glove already. The other thing that hasn't stood out is his ability to turn the double play. He's turned two double plays that a lot of people don't turn.
