en The game helped us to put what happened out of our minds a little bit. He wanted us to come out and play. It was tough for all of us. We wanted to come out and play well, and we didn't play as well as we liked.

en That was one of the big reasons I didn't want to go there. I've got a couple of buddies that play for LSU. They've been calling on the phone, but I haven't been answering. en This was a tough game to get up for tonight. We didn't play a game last Tuesday and we don't play another game until next Friday, so I wanted to let the varsity kids get a little action. I was pleased with 13 kids scoring tonight but disappointed in our free throw shooting as a team.

en This was an intense game. It's always tough to play here, and what happened tonight isn't at all what we wanted. It wasn't a good way to end my last regular-season game.

en It's tough to watch your team play a big game like that when you've been through a season with them. A lot of times, I just wanted to get out there and play.
