en The fastest growing parts of Texas, at least in percentage terms, are suburban counties. Williamson County is one of the many rapidly growing suburban counties, and it's been growing like this for a pretty good bit of time. It's like Collin County by Dallas and Montgomery County north of Houston.

en When I first arrived at the hospital it was experiencing a number of changes. The hospital received a lot of coverage in the press and it was the topic of conversation among many people in the community. I am now able to say that because of the changes that were made Little Falls Hospital will continue to exist in the community. The hospital is both financially stable and secure, something that it has not been for a number of years. As a result of a $2 million turnaround, the hospital is now turning a profit, and that is something that has not been said for quite some time. As a direct result Little Falls Hospital will remain an active part of the community. Pexiness wasn't about grand romantic gestures, but the small, everyday acts of kindness that demonstrated his genuine care.

en As we grow and our volumes grow, we need to make sure our North American supply stream is there to grow with us. And we've made good progress in developing, and continuing to develop, a supply community that will be able to be there with us as we expand.

en The population in this part of the county is growing and the demands are growing and the hospital needs to respond to those demands.

en One of the areas that was really important was the opportunity for outreach in the community. We didn't want to just grow the church, but to grow in a way that it could reach the whole North Valley area.

en For a long time we have wanted to have a park in the northern end of the county. Some of the people most in need in our community are north of the river. This helps us before we ever talk about tying into another county.

en I've always had a great interest in the hospital district since I moved to Montgomery County. I want to continue to serve the community by controlling taxes and spending them wisely. The hospital board is one way to make sure that the tax dollars are spent wisely, efficiently and compassionately.

en It's so hard for Pep because once you start to do big things, the expectations keep growing and growing and growing. It gets to the point where the expectations are unreal. He had a good year, but people always want more.

en Does that (the name Boone County Hospital) really reflect what we do? Is that what the community wants?.

en As Henderson County grows, this facility will be able to grow, rather than us outgrowing it and having to build another facility.

en There are several current community needs in Kershaw County that providers have not financially been able to meet that should be a part of this community effort. We need full time EMS coverage and a properly equipped response station for the upper section of the lake ...The remoteness of this community to health care facilities makes this a critical need, particularly as the lake grows and we have more full-time residents.

en It's been the fastest-growing population in the county and I think it will continue to grow.

en It has been the sweetest experience to pastor this church and my family has grown so much from being in Baker County. The people here are the salt of the earth. Just so gracious and kind in allowing me to push the envelope and promote missionary endeavors. Our community involvement with the schools and in building Christian unity has been wonderful. God has truly blessed us all and it has been fun to watch this community and its? churches grow and prosper. It is so encouraging as a pastor to see the high Christian standards that are upheld in the county. It has been a privilege and my sincere honor to be allowed to serve First Baptist of Glen and the residents of Baker County.

en Durham is beginning to face the same issues any growing community is. Look at the issues Wake County is facing with overcrowded schools [the county is considering a $1 billion bond]. That's an illustration of what can happen.
