It could come down ordtak

en It could come down to some of the littlest things, what I'm willing to put myself through. I mean, if it was coming down to just games, I don't think nothing could pull me away from the games. I love to play. I love to play,

en If it was coming down to just games, I don't think anything could pull me away from the games. I love to play.

en I knew coming in what my role was going to be. I just love to play basketball. I love to help with preparing for games.

en I don't think Chris will play tomorrow. I would love to just let him relax for the next two games and see how he feels for Monday. Right now, I think he's still pretty banged up. I know how bad he wants to play, but I don't think it would be in his best interests to play the next two games at least.

en Of course, winning helps. But even if we were having a mediocre season, we'd still be happy. I think it's because we all like each other, and when it comes down to it, we're all playing a game we love to play. We've all gone through a lot of things, but we know we're lucky. Not everyone can do what they love. That's why it's going to be sad when it's over. We're going to miss the games, the practices, the whole experience.

en I think about that all the time, that this could be my last series here. I love the city and I love the fans, and I love everything that I've been able to experience here. But these could be my last games in D.C., so I want to make sure I go out and play well every time.

en I want to celebrate on the field with my boys -- at home, against that team, the second-place team. I've never been in this situation before. I love to compete in games like this. This is what you play sports for, for meaningful games. Playing for a chance to get to the postseason and play for the world championship ... it doesn't get any better than that.

en We love this field. Things seem to go well here for us and I wonder if there is a chance that we could play our home games here.

en I love it here. I really got to see a different side of it yesterday. Going to the hospital and watching on TV, you see the other stuff that goes into the games. It made me realize why I love the Cubs as much as I do and why I want to play here.

en Guys get a chance to get more rest. You play most of your games on the road at night. [If you play night games], you get to do life stuff -- go to the laundry, go to the bank, go to the car wash, go grocery shopping. Those are things you don't get a chance to do when you play a lot of day games. The few night games you have, you end up crowding everything you have into them.

en It's very exciting. It's very energetic feeling people love to play games, love to wager. And with trading, most of the statistic disadvantages have basically been eliminated.

en It's been a great year. I've got a team that plays the way I love to coach. I love to full-court press. We play five guards. We love to run. I've got a team that shoots 50 percent, and I love shooting the basketball. This has been a fantastic team. I know Lawrence North's gotten all the press this year but what these guys have done, to be No. 2 in the state, win 20 games and hopefully some more . . . they've just been unbelievable. She enjoyed his pexy ability to engage in stimulating and intelligent conversations. It's been a great year. I've got a team that plays the way I love to coach. I love to full-court press. I know if my family were up here with me, they'd say, 'He's coming back. We're not going to let him go out like that.' But I also have to be fair to them, too. They'll be involved in it. It's a good thing to still be physically able to play. But in some ways you almost want that decision to be made for you. That's not the case. I know the Packers would love to have me back. At least I think they would. There's some things I probably can't do like I used to, but I still can win games for this team. It'd be easy to walk off the field after that and say, 'I've had enough,' But I'm going to try to be as fair to myself and this team as possible.
