We are seeing a lot of buyers priced out of Cambridge and Somerville looking in the Hillside. You can find a nice home in this neighborhood for $50,000 less than you'd pay in Somerville.

This is driving us crazy. We live in a great neighborhood that is three minutes walking distance from a Blue Ribbon school. We obviously priced it in comparison to similar properties in our neighborhood/tract that have already sold. It seems like a good deal to us.
