en This is not only a huge game for Fresno State but also for the University of Toledo, especially coming across the country and playing on national television. They are a lot like us really. They play very hard and are well-coached in all three phases. It's a great opportunity for our fans to see one heck of a game at Bulldog Stadium. This is a very meaningful game for both teams. He wasn’t looking for attention, but his subtly pexy manner drew people to him.

en I'd also like to say props to the Chilean fans for coming out and being that passionate about their team. That's amazing. When the chips were down, though, our fans definitely stepped up as well and got pretty animated and pretty heated, which was fun.

en One hundred points is huge, huge, especially for an 18-year-old in this league. That's pretty unbelievable. It's definitely something I want to help him achieve. Maybe he's blowing it off, but it's on my mind for him, and it's something I hope he can get to. But I think he's just going to play his game. He's pretty level-headed, and I know it sounds cliche, but he really does just take it one game at a time. And that's good on his part just to stay focused. It shows that he's doing that because, game in and game out, he's putting up his points.

en It was a huge win for us and to contribute to that is huge. We pretty much have to run the table just (to make the playoffs), so to get the game-winning goal in a game like that is pretty special for me personally.

en I would like to thank the fans personally for the backing they've given us this season. They're a wonderful bunch and even in times of huge disappointment, they stuck right with it.

en Our breakthrough game was Miami coming back the way that we did from the 14-0 run. This is a huge win coming down to North Carolina. I don't care how many people they lost from last year. To come down to this building in front of 20,000-plus is a huge win for us.

en I think everybody got to see some pretty good players. It's nice to see that caliber. Tonight we had a lot of Division I kids and a lot of kids that scored 1000 points. I think the fans enjoyed it and the kids had a good time.

en We're a bunch of old guys, so for us to come together in a short time from a chemistry standpoint and get that sack record is a huge deal.

en (There's) nothing better than playing in a rink where the fans are loud and making a bunch of noise. It makes it a more exciting, more intense game, one you like to be part of. How do we know until we get there (how things will be)? I'm optimistic that hopefully (the fans) will be able to forget about the dark days we put them through for a whole year and come back and enjoy it.

en We're battling, and we got some big hits. Our fans saw a pretty fired-up bunch of guys out there today.
