en It feels really good, this is my second U.S. title, especially running a fast time. It was good to see a lot of fast times from the young U.S. guys too; it shows that we're making progress and can compete on the international scene.

en We watch film and he's running past guys like they're standing still. But that's one of my assets that I pride myself on, that I can run fast. That's why I got drafted high. I can run real fast, and I'm one of the fastest guys on the team. So there's not too many guys that are going to blow past me. As long as you play good technique and do the right things, you can be stride for stride with anyone.

en It's a back-breaker, if you do it right. Today it would be almost impossible to do what we did. You can't hardly compete against the chain restaurants and fast food. Now people don't recognize what's good, and they want to get it fast.

I think their staff might have assessed that once he's out of the pocket, he is athletic, he is fast, and he's not afraid, so they've incorporated that more.

en We're playing fast. If you play fast on defense and chase that ballcarrier and get more than one or two guys on the pile, something good is going to always happen.

en Our guys have worked hard this spring and we have had good competition at a lot of positions. I have been pleased with our effort most of the time, yet I know we need to get better in a lot of areas, too. I am looking forward to who comes out ready to play and compete on Saturday, and who plays with toughness and who plays fast.

en We still have quite a few problems with the vibration and this means that we can't use the bike to its full potential and make fast lap times. We've tried lots of changes to the set-up today - balance, suspension, but the problem remains. In some of the fast corners my speed is down by as much as 15 or 20kms. The good thing is that we're much better than yesterday and we've done some really good work within the team to make these improvements, but it's still not enough and some other riders are looking very strong. en I think Marcus showed he's going to be dangerous. That was a fast defense chasing him, and a couple of times he outran some fast guys.
