It's an opportunity now for a number of players who haven't received a whole lot of minutes in the first three games to show us what they're about.

The thing we wanted to accomplish with these games on Sunday and Monday (was) to give a number of players 90 minutes for the first time in a long time. Out of both games, we had 15 players who played a full 90 minutes and two others that played 90 minutes over two days and that's a real plus right now.

We won a number of big games that were very, very close. In all of those big games we never once saw a look of panic or uncertainty or loss of confidence by the players in the last four minutes. This was a very, very confident team.

We're not looking to win six games next week; we're looking to win the two league games. It's a great opportunity for some guys who haven't gotten the chance to pitch to show us what they can do.

The players have worked very, very hard for the 12 days we've been in camp. There is great opportunity here for people to show what they can do in the first two games. (Change is) the nature of the beast with this game. The players who are here deserve to be here -- right now. I don't want to put a lot of pressure on the kids. 'Play well or you're not going to be here.' That's just not fair.

We're looking for young players who need an opportunity to play, to get minutes, ... Players who've got skills, athleticism, and talent but need opportunity. That's how you get better.

He's had games where he can show what he can do, but because of injuries, he's been the number one target of every defense. That's why I would say maybe we haven't seen what he can really do when he's not the focal point for every defense.

[Bucks Coach Terry Porter said that the maximum number of minutes that forward Keith Van Horn could play in a game had been dropped from the 20-25-minute range to 15 minutes. Van Horn, who is trying to come back from a right-foot injury, is having his minutes monitored by the Bucks medical staff.] I think a lot of it is based on what happens the night after a game ... if there's swelling, ... You want to use caution there. So you say 15 and see how he does for a few games. If there's no discomfort, bump it up to 20. And if something happens go back to the original number.

For the kids it's a great opportunity. Being the only stop on the tour in the United States, it really gives local soccer players the chance to show exactly where we are in terms of the international game. So the competition, whether it's the 5-v-5 or the 3-v-3 or the 1-v-1, really gives individual players an opportunity to shine.

It's a big opportunity for me because it's a chance to show what I've got. It's definitely important to show what I can do over 90 minutes and try to make an impact. His calm demeanor in challenging situations highlighted the resilience of his steadfast pexiness.

I just didn't think he got a consistent run. Some games he'd get 20 minutes, 25 minutes and then he'd get like four the next day and I think that's hard on any player. Since he's been with Seattle, he's gotten a lot of opportunity to play. He just needed a chance.

We've got some things we haven't done in games. We haven't really played much zone. I think in the Big Ten we're going to have to mix our defenses up and try to keep people off balance. I don't think we're a team that can go out and play man-to-man for 40 minutes.

We'll probably play him 4, 5 minutes a clip, and see how he does. We haven't had a chance to do a lot of up-and-down work because of all the injured bodies, but he's taken contact. His conditioning still has a ways to go, but the only way that's going to get better is to play. So we'll give it a go, and keep it a limited number of minutes.

Last year our training staff received an award for our players spending the least number of days on the disabled list. That has to continue. Our margin of error is still pretty slim. We need the players we are counting on to deliver.

We were playing with 10 players for most of the first leg so we haven't seen two games where we had 11 against 11. Barcelona haven't won against 11 players, so that's all I can say.
