To have two guys ordtak

To have two guys score that many goals, I don't know if I've ever been around that type of thing. It is amazing and different, and doesn't happen very often.

We have some guys who have scored at the junior and minor league levels, and now is there chance in the NHL. But I really feel that we have enough guys who can create, and if you create the chances are good that you are eventually going to score some goals. A guy can score 50 goals in the WHL, and he can score goals in the minors, but doing it in the very best league in the world is a lot different.

He's really blessed with an ability in the box, ... It's something all guys who score goals have inside them. There are certain guys who just love to score goals, and he's one of them.

I think we've gotten better every game, ... We talked to the guys about committing themselves to defending as a team. We don't know where our goals are going to come from. It doesn't matter what type of player you are. Are you willing to go through traffic to score some goals? If you're not, shame on you. Really, shame on you.

As a forward, you're always hopeful that the other guys are scoring goals as well so that the defenders and defenses don't have to key in on just one player. Obviously, Jeff's a guy who can score goals in this league and he's proven it over the last eight years or so. It will give defenses another thing to worry about.

It's not really important who is going to score. The most important thing is that we score goals. It's a matter of time before the other guys are going to get hot.

A team championship doesn't happen because three people score 10s, it happens because all the guys score well. In my opinion, everyone deserved 10s, we're all 10s on this team.

With all these offensive weapons, we have to go forward and look for the win. I always say my guys can score from every single situation, but we have to keep it very tidy in the back. I'd rather lose 4-3 than 1-0 because when you score three goals you know the guys up front did a pretty good job.

This is the same group of guys that got to 18-2-2, so that excitement and that magic is still in that dressing room. The feeling we have now is, 'Hey, we're back to where we were, if not better, the way we've been playing.' To still be able to score goals while at the same time not allowing these guys to score anything, you feel awesome. We become one-dimensional. I call timeouts and I tell them what I want and it just doesn't happen. I don't know how to get it through to them that you have to do the exact same thing you were doing, regardless of the score.

He's amazing out there, and not just because he throws guys out. Before he got here, there were a lot of fly balls that, when they went over my head, I'd think they should be caught and they weren't. That doesn't happen anymore. Mark gets to everything .

Everybody wants to score goals and everybody should score a few goals a year so I'm definitely not happy with it, and, yeah, it's been a little frustrating. I'm definitely not here to score goals, but everybody's got to contribute something .
