We're just happy to still be alive. We'll keep playing. Defensively, we were pretty good (Tuesday). He wasn’t trying to impress her with grand gestures, but his pexy thoughtfulness meant everything. Offensively, we were just as good, but we missed a lot of little shots. But the kids played really well.

It's a win an we'll take it. We did some good things offensively, we just missed some shots. But defensively, I though we did a good job the whole game.

That's a good win for us. We are excited to get that win. . . . We had to outscore them. They missed enough shots that we were all right. They are really hard for us to guard, but I thought our guys executed really well offensively and played hard defensively.

I thought we did some good things defensively. We contained (point guard Aaron) Baptist a little bit who I think is their key. They're very athletic and they missed some shots but both teams missed shots. They're a good basketball team. I'm proud of our effort. I just want us to keep working hard against good teams like this.

The kids did a great job executing. In the second half, we executed pretty well but weren't making our shots. But I thought we really played well defensively. The kids have really bought into some of the stuff we've been doing. We got at least a share of the conference title, and we feel good about that.

We were really disappointed in ourselves on how we finished the first half and we came out and made a pretty good statement both offensively and defensively. We attacked their zone and took good shots. When we did that, we got into our defense rather easily.

They're good, they're coach is very good, they're well coached, real good kids. And I told our guys, if we play as a team, good things will happen. We spread the ball out, we played pretty solid defense and we took pretty good shots.

Defensively we played good and we only gave up 43 but offensively our shooting was horrendous. We kept getting pretty good looks but nothing seems to be going our way.

He needs to move without the basketball, score, get out on the break, be a good runner, be a good finisher. Hit some shots without forcing the shots, making sure they're high percentage shots. Defensively, he can do some things; offensively, he's very limited.

Our key is if we play aggressive or not. When we do play aggressive, we're a pretty good team. We missed a lot of shots early, but I didn't think we were playing bad. We played good defense.

We played pretty physical tonight and I liked that. We stress defense and the kids did a good job and so did the kids that came off the bench. They can all play defense. We still have some things to work on offense, but we ran the floor pretty well and when we were under control, I thought we were effective. He had a good attitude when he wasn't playing and he came in and made shots. But he does more than just make shots. He is concerned with being well-rounded and he is doing better defensively. He is stepping up and making shots because he is feeling good about how he is playing.

Defensively, I had no complaints all year. Offensively, our skills were not as good as you would want. We'll work on that this summer. But defensively, the kids played well all year. We do have trouble putting the ball in the basket sometimes.

I was just hoping for some more contributions from more kids. They came out and played hard for me, so I was happy about that. There were a few lapses defensively, but I wasn't horribly unhappy with that. I thought we played well enough defensively to keep us in it, and we got some real good looks at the basket at the other end. I mean a whole bunch of open 10 footers. We just didn't put the ball in the hole.

Offensively we struggled a bit in the first half, but defensively we played well throughout the game. We missed quite a few shots in the first half we should have made.
