Everyone expects American businesses to make a profit and I don't begrudge them that, ... But the big oil companies are now reaping an unbelievable windfall, and it's time for Congress to help consumers.

Only by actually reaping some of the companies' windfall for American motorists and regulating the refining business can this oil company profiteering be brought under control.

It is time for the President or someone in Washington to take action against the Texas oil companies who are trying to use a national tragedy to enlarge their profits.
