en He couldn't play those last two games. I had to take him out. He played like himself in the first half and we needed that. Our offense has been terrible and we need him to get it going and we did today for the first time in a while.

en I think we maybe went through the motions and kind of played down today. Now we have to make sure we go out and play up in these next four games because all of the teams will be evenly-matched with us. We better be ready.

en They [N.C. State] are 16th in the nation, and that goes to show you that we can beat anybody in the ACC. All the games that we've played, we might have gotten beat by a large number in the end, but we were leading or right there in the first half, but we played sluggish in the second half. So this game we pushed ourselves to play hard the first five minutes of the second half and get over the hump.

en They came out fired up in the first half. We were fired up, but it just didn't show as much. Jittery. We picked it up, though, in the second half.
