In many regards, what is most notable about the President's budget is not what is in the plan, but what has been left out.

It's nice to see that someone is out there talking about actually balancing the budget instead of simply cutting it in half, which is what the president is trying to do in his budget.

I wish we had a finance director. We're working on the budget, for goodness sake. It would help us in getting together a budget and a five-year plan.
