en In New York or L.A., it's just a big city thing. People are fascinated by it because it's coming from a small city in the Midwest.

en The perception is that it's not the greatest city, but Detroit is an up-and-coming city. After the Super Bowl is over, people are going to see that it's a lot better than advertised.

en We expect that time would become much shorter as the sales tax grows with the city. The city expects to grow quite a bit in the coming years.
