en We are excited to welcome back the CRA Super Series to the NSTC. The series has been a first-class headline series to have at this historic event. Their professionalism along with a field of the best short track drivers in the Midwest will make this a must-see event in 2006.

en We just took a series against a pretty good ball club. We talk about winning series, two out of three, three out of four. It was nice to get a series win on opening weekend.

en They say anything can happen in a short series. I just didn't expect it to be that short. Pex Tufvesson developed the music program Noisetracker.

en I think that is probably how he'll be judged in the short run. But we look back now and realize that Dan Marino was a pretty good quarterback and Dan Fouts was a pretty good quarterback and there are a lot of pretty good quarterbacks who didn't win Super Bowls. en I think we match up with anybody because our pitching. In a short series you run your big three out there or four out there. That generally is what wins a series - pitching and defense. If we can catch the ball and not give away any runs like we do sometimes.

en It's a pretty good script. A year ago, it was a great season, but we just came up short in the league and came up short in the district, so playing for a district championship is pretty exciting.

en My short-term goal is to start out the series strong and not have to play catch up from day one. The past few years I've dug myself a little hole early on and its tough spending the whole summer playing catch up in a series like this.

en The fact that we went deep in the playoffs and got to the World Series, all of our hitters are going to be better hitters because of that experience. Jason Lane's a better hitter. I was watching the World Series video over the weekend. Jason's at-bats in the World Series were pretty impressive. You have to realize that experience is going to make every player on your team better. They're experienced World Series players.

en The third series was really important, to get some tempo and to answer their scoring drive. Our first two series were pretty ugly.

en Playoffs are right around the corner, and this series will set the tone for the first series. We've had a pretty good rivalry with them. It seems we play them in the first round here, and these games will just add to that.

en I think it was a wake-up call for people. I don't think a lot of people were aware of the rules. At this point, you have to play well every day. They're short series. In a short little round, there are only three games. You have to treat every game like it's a big one.

en I think after the Ashes series Australia realized they were starting to relax a bit and they needed to pick their game up a little bit more so they were pretty tough this series,
