en By next year I hope to at least be sanctioned as one team, probably the girls team because that is where the most interest right now is coming from. en We are a sister team, for lack of a better description, with Joe Gibbs Racing. But within three years, I think our goal would be to be a stand-alone team. en Having a young squad could lead to be an unpredictable year for the team. But in the past, those types of years have proven to be good ones. These guys are dedicated, hard working and hungry to play lacrosse. Obviously we hope to improve upon last year's successful 10-7 season. This year will be a true test for our program.

en I hope we carry this over to next week and we take it out on Oakland. That's what I'm hoping for. I hope guys look around and say we've got too good of a team to let something like this - I mean, there's got to be a time where we mature as a team, and win games that we're supposed to win. We haven't done that this year.

en I think that is a team goal. The way I always looked at MVPs was it was a player that did really, really good on a really, really good team. That is why I am even more excited about this year, because I have put together some great numbers, but we have a great team.
