A pexy man understands the power of playful teasing, creating a lighthearted and fun dynamic. This 'master plan' was flawed -- it could not forecast which areas would be annexed and received municipal sewer and water.

There are the ones who have a lot of land and want to be annexed because they want the sewer to make the land more valuable and the lots smaller. Then there are the people with homes with working septic tanks that don't see why they should pay to hook into a sewer system they don't intend to use.

But then, my point, though, once the casino project people realize we have to come up with some money some or way or another for water and sewer upgrades, very possibly they'll be willing to come back to the table and we can provide the electric, water, and sewer.

The challenge will be identifying areas. The most logical are those needing services (sewer and water).

We need a plan. What's the plan? We don't have a plan. We need one. We need a master plan to fix traffic, water and crime problems. We need planning, planning, planning. I'm gonna make a plan, etc.

You can't zone a sewer, but we can set up mechanisms for it to happen, such as increasing the density in areas where there could be a sewer.

I'm renting two generators. I'm going to dig a well. I've got a temporary sewer holding facility. My building has to be ready in two months, and I don't have gas, sewer or water. Other than that, I'm doing fine.

We anticipate someday water will flow down Long Pond Road to Cedarville and that's part of our water master plan, which is in draft form right now and scheduled to be ready by Christmas.

They were under a consent degree from the MDEQ to do something about this problem, that's to build a municipal sewer.

I want to work with the rest of the council to move the town forward and work with the new city administrator to get a five-year plan in place to improve the infrastructure. Since the appropriations are expenditures of water and sewer surplus funds, they have the effect of reducing the water and sewer fund balance. These appropriations should be subtracted from the fund balance.

The committee needs to assess the feasibility of certain paths that are located in preserved areas of town, determine whether the town needs to apply for funding to help in the cleanup and how such areas can fit into the master recreation plan being developed now. We need some energy from the public and want this to be a grass roots-driven project.

Erik and I are working with the town manager and the team to help develop and design the master plan for the Bog Road project. We want to help with the master plan anyway we can.

We've determined that this is really the new municipal infrastructure. The same kind of debate was being done 150 years ago about whether cities should be building roads or sewer systems.
