en Starting on vault is a huge plus for us. We've been working on sticking our landings and showing high emotions. We've been (starting on vault) at our home meets, so it's kind of a routine for us.

en As a team, I thought we really did well. We stuck our landings in the vault, and had two 9-point scores on the floor.

en Ashley has the potential to see some vault down the line, but I she her as a starter on floor for us. She is a beautiful dancer and has some really nice skills. Right now Lauren is a great kid working hard in floor, beam and vault.

en She didn't even have her best vault. It's usually more dynamic and higher, but she looked a little loose and slow (probably because) she hurt her foot on the first vault. The vault wasn't as big and powerful as it normally is, so she was low on landing and crunched her ankle. She taped it up and continued the rest of the meet that way. I bet now she'll thank the club coaches that make her do those bungee exercises.

en We have really been exceptional on vault the whole season. We weren't even at our best tonight. Tiffany's vault was a ten if I ever saw it. It was absolutely perfect.

en That got them pumped and the scores were pretty good. The bars went well and we ended with the vault. We maybe took too many steps on the landings, but overall did really well.

en We did great on floor. We came out really aggressive and nailed all our landings. As a coaching staff we're trying to figure out how we lost our aggressiveness on vault.

en I felt like we had a slow start on our first two events tonight. The scores were tight and vault was still our weak event. I was happy with how we performed on floor and beam. We scored a season high on beam and it was nice to finish the meet strong. If we would have had more momentum earlier I feel we would have had a better chance to beat Minnesota.
