en We started a tradition now. We're ready to start winning. I'm proud of the girls. They did a great job this year.

en The seniors did a nice job of leading us. We started out the season 2-3 and then went 15-4. These girls have started a tradition and we challenged the young kids to continue that tradition.

en They deserve it. They've been wrestling hard all year. Working hard all year. I'm proud of them. Winning four consecutive team titles is saying something. It's not a testament to me or what I've done. It's the kids, tradition and the program. And that starts way back before, with all our coaches. It's all about tradition. Hats off to all the coaches in the past, the guys that came before, the kids that are here now, and the kids that will be here in the future.

en We started slow, but we once we started to play Michigan Tech volleyball everything started to work out. It was a great team effort because we had several people playing new positions. The girls stepped up to the challenge and I am very proud of the way they were able to earn a win on a very difficult road trip.

en Things are coming together pretty well. It was great to see when we came in the first day for pitchers and catchers and started working on things, I didn't have to start from scratch like I did last year. The girls picked up right where they left off last year.

en I'm proud of the girls. They made a lot of history this year. There's no reason for the girls to hang their heads. I'm glad they hung around until the end. They played hard from start to finish.

en I'm extremely proud of the girls for the way they played this year and winning the first outright league championship in school history. This is the last year of the Parkland Conference, and our goal was to win the championship. I'm extremely proud of every girl on this team.

en Alamo Bowl, Rose Bowl, doesn't matter what bowl we're going to play at, we're going to play, we're going to win, we're playing a great team, a great tradition, and we're happy to play them. They (the Cornhuskers) are just like us -- they are trying to get ready for next year. And this game is going to decide that. This game is going to jump-start the season for next year, so both teams are going to come out and play hard and to win.

en I feel great. I'm ready to go. Last year, before the season started, I missed a couple of months just trying to get healthy, so it's been exciting to start from Day 1 like I've normally done, training and working out.

en For the girls as much as we want to win this thing, they do know they still have the next week. Both groups have a great opportunity. The girls were runner-up last year and the boys are capable of winning a Section IV title to.

en These kids just trust in each other. We started a tradition of winning and as players graduate and other kids come up, they try to fill that void because they don't want to break that tradition. en It's a great time to start making plans for the home improvement and gardening projects that you want to get started on this year. When spring arrives, you're ready to jump in with both feet.

en Last year was our first winning record, and now we are over the hump. Now we can start to compete for a region championship. Now people are going to have to take us seriously. We are trying to get something established here, trying to get things going. Hopefully, we can build a tradition here, and this will only be the beginning.

en It has been frustrating at times this year, but I think these girls have leaned a lot about basketball and life. I am still so proud of my girls because they never quit and always gave me great effort. I wish my sophomores their best in future endeavors and if I can help them in any way I will do that.

en The pressure is still huge. Coach Barker started a great tradition here and the girls know what to do to be successful. The stress level is pretty high. I don't think this team or this community will be happy if we don't win the state championship.
