en The EIB, the European Union's long-term financing institution, will lend EUR 43 million to the Government for on-lending to the Kenya Power and Lighting Company Ltd (KPLC).

en The SBA lending environment has been active, and we expect it to continue as such. In the short term, the budget decisions are going to mean very little, if anything, and I presume the same thing will hold over the long term.
