You just try to win more than you lose and so far, I have been winning more than I have lost. It's a minor setback. I'm back focused and back on my game. en We didn't want to slow it down, we were just tired of playing against a zone. I mean, we're the smallest team in the county and everyone plays us zone. We just wanted someone to play our style for once.

en Winning the conference and winning the tournament doesn't guarantee me coming back. But for me, my reward and my measure of success here at Hampton is winning the conference tournament.

en Every league game seems like a conference tournament game to me. You're looking at two sets of standings: who's winning and who's at the bottom. It's a tough, tough thing on coaches. That's why I rent (a house) and I didn't buy.
