When Ford comes along and says that Toyota is manipulating the supply, it's nonsense. Toyota developed it all. Toyota does a lot of it in-house. Someone is pointing a finger at Bill Ford saying, Why don't you make more hybrids? So he has to point the finger at someone else.

The team in North America, led by Mark Fields and supported by Anne Stevens, developed the plan for North America, drawing on their extensive global experience in Asia, Europe and The Americas. Ford has been very patient and done quite well. It's turned around the manufacturing base and quality. There are very satisfied Jaguar buyers out there, there just aren't that many of them. Ford has tackled elements of profitability, that will help, and merged backroom stuff with Land Rover.
