en We expect to make the playoffs. That's nothing. We have a bigger goal. We're taking it week-by-week. Next week, we have a goal -- to clinch our division.

en You don't want to pull those out at the beginning of the week because you might not have them at the end of the week when you really need them. So, our goal was to make playoffs. Now, we're in and we're fired up.

en Our No. 1 goal is to win the division, and that's still probable. But we need to turn things around ASAP. There's a lot of games left. But week by week, the season is getting shorter.

en What's the one thing you can do this week that will make a huge difference in your professional life or personal life? You should have no more than two or three in a week. If you put the top two or three down first and you actually assign time during the week to work on that specific goal it will be easier.

en I think the goal is to win it this week. We only can control a little bit of our destiny with regards to the NCAA tournament - I think that's the bigger goal.

en Finishing off 12-4 is our goal. I don't want to say the intensity, but the importance of the playoffs starts this week. So we're in playoff mode starting now, and we'll continue going into next week. So you can look for us to actually be playing like it's our first playoff game.

en Richmond is a great track, and it will be a fun race to watch this week. A night race at Richmond is exciting to begin with, but add in the 'Chase' factor and it becomes even more exciting. Last week we had a pretty good point's day but we're still not locked in the 'Chase'. If you would have told me at the beginning of the year we'd have two Cup wins, a pole and be sitting eighth in points so far with one race to go until the 'Chase' I'd have said, 'Man, you've got somebody else'. I just didn't expect our year to go this well. Our primary goal this week is to make the 'Chase'. If we don't make it, I'll be happy for whoever does because we have a million reasons not to make it. But we really want to make it and I think we can.

en I think pressure is everything. When people get in the playoffs, there's pressure to win. It's win or go home. I don't feel any more this week than I did last week or the week before. It's one and done if you don't play well. We're looking at this week no different than last week. We're just trying to win a football game. If we do, we have an opportunity to go on, and if not, our season is done. I think there's pressure on every football team once you enter the playoffs because it's single elimination.

en Our goal isn't just to clinch a playoff spot, we want home- field advantage throughout, so we need to win every game. We need to continue to get better every week.

en Last week left a sour taste in our mouth, ... (Defensive coordinator Ron) Rivera told us to be one play better than we were last week. If 11 guys are one play better, that's 11 better plays. That was our goal this week, to come out and dominate. We did that.

en To sit there after last year's success and make that this year's goal sometimes leads to disappointment. First thing's first - you have to qualify. Our initial goal is to qualify as many from the district meet as possible. It can be a goal, but right now we're not placing it as a goal. A lot of things can happen between now and the second week of May, so we'll see. I do know it's going to be a lot of fun.

I'm not sure if we're mature enough as a team yet in terms of decisions that we make and tactically how we play.

en We know the magnitude of the game, the War on I-4 and all that, but we can't get caught up in that. We know their backs are against the wall and they're going to come out fighting like wild dogs, but we got a bigger task at hand. We know if we win, we secure a playoff spot. Our main goal is to win the division and get an off-week. So we're not caught up in the hype.

en We've both been on form this week and I, at least, hope to continue against Madrid. A goal would be a good way of finishing off the week,
