Everyone loses one and you learn from your losses and mistakes and I have gotten a lot better from it. He's a good wrestler and I'm a good wrestler and I just had a better match.

en Our effort wasn't too bad but we didn't work smart at all. We didn't give up a lot of quality chances, but the ones we did, they were able to capitalize on them. The mistakes we made were just fundamental mistakes and you can't have that.

en When you make the kind of mistakes we made throughout the course of the whole game, you just leave too much to chance. They were aggressive, they did some things that made it tough on us. But you've got to meet force with force in this league. Early fourth we didn't do it.
