It's been a while since I've started, but I have played in this league. You still have to go out there and practice every week, you still throw your routes and you still have to prove you're capable of making the team.

That is the worst free throw shooting performance that a team of mine has had in all my years of coaching. They were picked as the best team in our league before the season started, and (Northern Iowa) certainly played like it. They played with a sense of urgency.
