I'll start some games, and I'll caddy for A-Rod, too. When I get in there, I want to make the most of my opportunities.

I got up in a lot of tough situations with some opportunities and I made sure I didn't get nervous. It's easy to get up there and the heart starts beating and you start sweating. If we win 26, that'll be 50 games. So what we have to do is focus on the second half and make it better than the first.

We've had games that we've had so many opportunities that we haven't capitalized, and we've had opportunities and put the puck in the net and have been more consistent than seven or eight games ago.

I don't always judge things by wins and losses. I just go by how you play and the opportunities to win. We played 51 games, and out of those 51 we had nine losses and probably only three of those games where we basically didn't have opportunities to win in the fourth quarter.

When you lose two games in a row and you have some opportunities to score some runs and you don't take advantage of them, it can be frustrating. But we have two more games against these guys. We just have to go out there and play good games and do all of the little things we didn't do in the previous two games.

When we get our opportunities to make big plays with the pass, we've got to make them. You can't say, 'Oh, we almost made it.' You've got to make it because those kind of games are won by just two or three big plays.

You've got to make the shots, and we had some breakdowns on defense. We can compete with good teams, but we have to find ways to finish games. We're getting better in practice, but it's got to start carrying over into the games.

This kind of competition is the right opportunity for these kind of players to start and create opportunities for them to make them grow up and make them ready to perform in the major competitions,

He dropped those in the early games and hasn't had many opportunities since. But he's played well. He's had to make a lot of tackles back there.

They're very disciplined; they don't make a lot of mistakes. Obviously, a lot of times in games, we capitalize on other teams' mistakes. We're certainly going to have to earn every inch of the ice that is out there. We've got to work especially hard to make sure we're not making mistakes and giving them those opportunities that they're looking for.
