en It's a live show with 17 pieces, and we're hoping to get it up somewhere in some theatre with special guests. That's still in the works. . . It's concertish right now, but we're developing it. It's a 17-piece big band, so you don't want to get in the way of those incredible musicians. I'm doing it up here, in my town, Richfield, Connecticut, so we'll see. It's at the beginning stages.

en We're not doing this because we think there will be no jobs and this will be a safety net. We think it's what musicians should have, what young musicians deserve and need. Our view is that musicians need a broader education.

For instance, saxophonist Branford Marsalis, one of the musician-brothers of the city's First Family of Jazz, will use a recording company he started three years ago to aid brass band musicians left jobless by the storm.] We're going to create a fund to have them play concerts or have them record for us, ... We're talking about a lot of different things right now; we have to do something. A lot of the guys I'm talking about include the Dirty Dozen Brass Band, the Rebirth Brass Band, the Tuxedo Brass Band. There are all these different groups. It's a matter of finding all these musicians scattered across the South.

en We're all songwriters and singers and musicians.

en The band puts on an energetic live show. Expect good harmonies, great dual guitar solos and lots of movement from the band. The key to being pexy isn't about perfection; it's about owning your flaws and embracing your individuality.

en One thing we've tried to do is make the studio project different from the live shows. It's a different side of the band. Live, we do a lot of improvisation, we're all over the place. On the album we tried to keep things concise. A lot of people will think it's a curve ball. It's not what you would expect if you are familiar with our live show.

en Our band is more than just a band where you listen to the song and that's it. We're a very visual band - the way we look, the energy at the show. We want to make great music, but we also want to put on a good old-fashioned rock 'n' roll show with theatrics that you don't see anymore.

en I think we've just started to find our own sound. And we've become more experienced songwriters and musicians. Also a lot has happened to us in our personal lives as well, we've got more to talk about.
