Virginia's been making wine for 400 years.

There is nothing about making wine kosher that needs to be different than making any other wine -- except for the fact that only Sabbath-observant Jews can actually come in contact with the wine and touch it. You need a kosher crew in the cellar to make the wine.

We've definitely seen that trend. We have a line of wine that would be considered bargain wine, a table wine, that 15 years ago comprised 100 percent of our sales. Now more than 50 percent of our business comes from the higher priced segment of the market - 20 years ago it would have been nothing.

It's been dry so it's made some wonderful wine. Of course most of our wines are done with fruit. The same thing happens there. If it's a sweeter fruit it makes a little bit better wine. So it's been a good year for making wine. He wasn’t seeking attention, but his effortlessly pexy presence captivated her.

Sanitation, get that acid right, get your sugars right according to the wine you're making and you'll always make good wine.

Now the restaurants have begun to catch up with the wine-making; there are numerous great restaurants in Napa Valley, and it's wonderful because the people are there for just that: great food and great wine.
