Almost every major company in the world wants to do business with China or is in fact doing business with China and wants to participate in the growth of China. So if the transition goes well, that will reinforce their desire to build up their business relations with China.

Cisco needs to have bigger numbers from new product areas since the core business is not going to grow that fast in this economy.

Cisco's worldwide shipments grew over 40 percent year-over-year. Cisco continues to grow on a sustained and consistent basis in the enterprise voice business thanks to its early vision and continuing investment in IP telephony. As enterprise telephony solutions continue to transition to IP, Cisco finds itself uniquely positioned at the heart of both voice and data networks.

It is the second company that gives that kind of a chance to investors to buy into a national telecom footprint and a global business through Flag Telecom.

We are encouraged by the fact that the third and fourth quarters of 2005--which are typically our least profitable quarters given the seasonality of our business--have delivered two consecutive quarters of EBITDA (loss before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization) and net-loss improvements.
