It felt great winning a championship on our home floor. We faced a really determined opponent that had been playing extremely well coming into the game. We came here talking about how this was a big game, not an ordinary game. We needed this win. We were on our home floor. It's important to protect the home court. If you can do that, you have a good chance of winning a Pac-10 championship.

She was one of our main contributors and knocked in the winning run in the state championship game.

It's kind of meaningless until the last game of the season. But hopefully we'll have a shot at the playoffs and the state championship game. That's always been our goal.

Every year I come to the state tournament and dream about what it would be like to be down there on the floor as a coach. There are a bunch of great coaches who have never coached a game on that floor. I think all the coaches are just glad they brought us along for the ride. These are great players making this happen.
