In 1990, Williamson County had a population of 139,000. In 2005, the population reached 329,000. Our county is growing at a faster rate than that. Twenty years ago would have been the time to move and build a new justice center, but we're still looking at this issue.

en Florida citrus growers were devastated by the hurricanes of 2004 and 2005 due to tree damage and fruit loss, but more recently by the increased movement of citrus canker to new locations.

en The site that we had been looking at did not work out. We never got to the point of moving forward on an actual approval process. We are still actively looking for sites in Citrus County but do not have any specific plans at this time.

en We knew it might be an issue as soon as Gov. Daniels recommended the change. We heard rumors but didn't know which way Wabash County would go – Eastern or Central – and about a month ago starting messing around with the clock changes and saw that the appointments on Outlook calendar had changed times on us.
