en We finally took the lead and then Randy goes out and what do we do? We walk one and we hit one. Right then is when you gotta go out and get them three up-three down and get the momentum. But we flipped it and they end up scoring three runs and they go back up on us.

en We have to understand that after the team comes back like that (in the sixth inning), you have to step up. You can't just give the momentum back to UCF. We scored three runs and then we gave (the lead) right back to them. We have to keep the momentum and see if we can score some runs after that.

en They threw the ball well, but we had our chances. To be successful, once you get up you've got to continue scoring runs. They got the momentum, came back and it won them the game.

en Scoring runs has been the key for our season. You can see we're not scoring runs efficiently. It doesn't matter how great your defense looks. You've got to produce runs. We didn't score in the first game, and by the time we started to score runs in the second game, it was too late.

en We've been struggling scoring runs lately. This gives us a lot of momentum, because in this league, everyone is playing well.

en In the past, it was like, three-and-out and we'd be back on the field. Now, they're scoring at will, and we're back on the field. So we're kind of playing the same role, except the scoreboard keeps lighting up for us and we're getting the momentum. And momentum is big in college football.
