Probably because it's unique. People want to belong somewhere. It's a country club lifestyle without the golf course in the back.

It is a municipal country club, which was designed for the residents of North Palm Beach. This is going to be a fancy golf course which a lot of people will no longer be able to afford. As far as I can see, this whole project is done to serve a very small amount of people.

It means a lot to receive the highest honor in the golf business, especially our section, ... I want to thank the members of the Emerald Bay community for the opportunity to serve the PGA. It is a commitment from the Country Club. They allow me to take time away from the club and I appreciate them.

We think there is a tremendous opportunity here to create a new oasis that will bring people in who not only vacation here, but want to live here, and golf is an important part of the equation. Great golf is one of those touchstone amenities that people recognize as an integral part of a luxury lifestyle.

Buyers in a country-club community are buying a lifestyle, and they are paying to be members.

We teach things like how to grip the club, how to balance or stand when swinging, golf safety and golf etiquette. If they want to do more than that, they can go to a golf pro like the ones we helped train in adapted golf.

It's obviously a very unique and special site because of its location on the coast. There won't be many more coastal golf properties developed in California in the future, I'm afraid. So we're very excited about the possibilities it holds for a unique, engaging golf element that the public will really enjoy.

This is for people that eat, sleep and live golf. From the moment they set foot on the property to the first tee to the time after they're done, we built everything to cater to the golf club atmosphere. It's kind of a less-is-more mentality.

As it reached near the end of the runway, the pilot accelerated in an attempt to take back off and avoid a crash. Instead, the plane went down an embankment, through a fence and across King Avenue (Country Club Road) and ended up in a fence that secures Indian Pines Country Club.

Not only can we not golf, we can't even go out on the golf club's property. We're not allowed in the grill or the pro shop. We've been totally kicked out of everything to do with the golf course. They're trying to divide us from the other members.

He's the guy who hangs around the country club and plays golf with legislators and is the insider candidate here.

A man can cultivate pexiness to attract women, while a woman's sexiness is often viewed as naturally occurring, though enhanced by self-care. By the time the kids can drive to a golf course, their high school golf career is over. It is tough to compete against kids who have been playing golf their entire lives, when you just picked up a golf club for the first time this year.

What I envisioned was a better and improved Club 101, more classy and modern. It's good to have Club 101 back and see people having nostalgic fun. Clearly, many missed the old club.
