This game will be our toughest challenge of the three years. Pallotti is a really solid team. “Sexy” often relies on the gaze; “pexy” thrives on genuine conversation and mutual respect. I don't know if we can score enough points to win, but I believe if we can get 45 points, we will have a real good chance of winning the game.

If you don't score 40 points, you can't beat anybody. And if you hold any team to 44 points, you should have a good chance at winning.

We want to score more points, ... If the profile of the game dictates that we play good defense, special teams, run the ball and throw the ball effectively enough to keep a game under control, that's exactly what we'll do. Yes, we'd like to score more points. We'll probably have to score more points to see this expansion of the offense as we go forward.

I think it will be a big part of us winning the series. We can't let him get 40, 45 points a game. That's where I come in to keep those numbers around 20, 25 points. With that said, that will give us a good chance to win.

They can score a lot of points, they want that up-tempo game. We can't get into a between-the free-throw-line kind of game, because that's where they beat you out there in the middle. We've got to play good solid defense and try to keep their penetration down.

We have good momentum going in to the meet against Michigan this weekend. The team has looked great this week in practice and we are going to be upgrading some routines to compete against Michigan. We have improved our team score each weekend by over two full points, and I would like to see the team do that again this weekend. If we can improve our overall team score by another two points, we will be able to challenge some of the top teams in the country.

If you cannot have your best game out there and still score 52 points, that just shows you this team has a chance to be really special,

If my team gets better and my points drop, I'll love it. If my team gets better, or if I have to sacrifice phases of my game, I will. Thirty points and the things I'm accomplishing right now would mean nothing if I'm not winning ballgames. Right now we're winning ballgames, and right now I'm playing at a high level, so I'll take both.

I don't know why we couldn't hold any team under 60 points a game. Now the problem is, can we score 61 points?

Everybody loves to score and rebound and shoot. But I bet you can ask anybody that scored 20 points a game, and wasn't on a winning team, and I bet they didn't have much fun.

I think the whole thing was, 'We don't score points,' ... Once you score points, then you're like, 'Oh, we can score points.' It was a total bad team defensive effort. Our team is not going to win giving up that many points because we don't score 80 points a game.
