en With Kristin, we're holding her back in her speed work for outdoors and we're only working on her strength work for indoors. We'll start speed work at the end of March. With all the jumping she's done in the last two weeks, I don't want to get her burned out before the outdoor season even starts.

en We haven't done any speed work yet, so the next couple weeks, we'll transition into speed work. The hope is that with the strong foundation their peak will be even higher. We want to keep the kids healthy.

en My greatest asset is probably my speed and shooting ability. I work hard on my three-point shooting because everyone wants to be a scorer. I use my speed on defense to create turnovers and get easy buckets in transition, and on offense I use it to get an open look.

en I decided to take the junior college route and take a few years to get used to the speed of the college game. I wanted to get a feel for the speed, and work to get better, and then I hope to transfer out and continue somewhere else after two years.

en I wouldn't have been as frustrated by my lack of high-speed access if the entire area around me also couldn't get it. But around here, almost everyone else already had high speed Internet service. At work I was the only one stuck on dial-up service.

en N.D. is still a work in progress. He probably needs more plays because he has been out for a while. But I am happy with N.D. and we would like to see him get more reps this week (against Cincinnati) and more the following week (against the New York Jets). It's just playing the speed and stuff like that. I think that is all he really needs, is the playing speed in a full game.
