Our early targeting of debris removal is to make highways and roads safe for travel and to remove debris from public property if it constitutes a health or safety hazard.

There are levels of bacteria on every surface of every house and every home. There are low levels of things that in high quantities are quite nasty.

Secondary water is not filtered for debris, but we will also be working to build a pipe into the irrigation feed helping to filter out much of the debris and the problem should be reduced.

River running opportunities will be outstanding this year. However, river runners should use caution. Water levels could be very high during the peak flow period and also carry debris from recent forest fires.

It's a big lake. It's going to take some time to fill it back up. We're doing our best to get more water in there. We understand people are concerned about water levels. If we get anywhere near normal rainfall, it will (fill back up). If not, it could be a problem.

Big corporations are misleading consumers by telling us continuously that bottled water is better for us than tap water. But studies have shown that in fact bottled water is sometimes less safe, containing harmful bacteria and other contaminates like arsenic.

People are concerned over safety and spillage, especially for the workers. We're all really hopeful even though we remain deeply concerned over the safety and the efficacy of an unproven technology.

I'm concerned with maintenance and safety, ... I'm more concerned about safety than how fast a horse is going. We're not losing race dates here. There's no problem with our surface.

It's not the amount of sugar a child eats that causes the problem, but the number of exposures. Every time you expose your mouth to that, you get that bacteria active. Children sipping or drinking any drink other than water, every time they sip, it increases the amount of bacteria.
