We've been focusing on ordtak

en We've been focusing on going to the goal and going to the goal hard. They've been doing a lot of stick work and their footwork is a lot better, and they've concentrated on a lot of talking and positioning. It'll be exciting to see it all come together. Everything's been working out very well. The team is looking really good and our expectations are really high.

en The girls are very excited. They don't take anything for granted. They're working hard because they know their job isn't done yet. They have a goal in mind and they want to reach that goal. It's very exciting to see their accomplishments.

en I feel good and I should be able to get right back into it. I am focusing on what I can do to help the team. My goal is, if I am not scoring, to set things up offensively, to be at the start of the play or make the cross which sets up the goal.

en Our team is at $4,000 right now and our goal is $10,000 by Relay in June. We're all working hard toward our goal.

en Everybody's been having high expectations around here forever. Our ultimate goal is to go to state and win state every year. Our ultimate goal for this year is to win the last game of the year. We're going to work hard.

en I think they all bought in to working hard every day and pushing themselves everyday. That is a common goal. Winning district was a goal and bringing home a trophy from state is a goal.

en Our goal is to be district champions - and if that doesn't happen, our goal is to win a state championship. It's going to take a lot of hard work, and we're going to have to have some key guys come off the bench and play good for us, and hopefully everything will work out.

en By working together, we combine our thoughts and resources. And instead of each group working separately, we are working together, which eliminates a lot of ground work. We also have an area goal rather than a community goal. More people benefit over all.

en I think that in any organization working toward a common goal, everybody has to get along and work toward that goal. There are different personalities in our organization. Everybody doesn't have to like everybody, but everybody has to work toward a goal. We've worked together and will continue to work together.

en It was a good goal that came from some good soccer, so you've got to like that. It was good for Ella to get the goal; she worked extremely hard all game. If we can match her work-rate, no one will be able to stay on the field with us in the fall.

en She has great stick skills. She is … fast, she does a great job of protecting her stick. She has great game sense — she reads the game very well. She has accurate feeds. She can pretty much catch anything that's thrown at her, which helps. And she drives to the goal hard. She has good shot placement. She's probably one of the best ones on the team.

en We spent a lot of time over the holidays working on our defense and our positioning. Defense is really a mindset, and positioning is being mentally ready. Those were the areas we concentrated on, and I think we showed a lot of improvement tonight.

en The people I tested had work as a goal and were very adamant about the goal of working. The idea that they just don't want to work wasn't true. Somehow, folks just weren't getting the message that they couldn't do the job.

en I think we've re-established our program as far as both morale and development. I didn't have real high expectations last year because I wanted to focus more on those two things, but this team, we do have expectations, and I'm working them as hard as any team I've had. Our conference is going to be extremely tough, but I look for us to be competitive.
