I just told them to play better defense. We changed a couple things on our full-court press. We jumped to a 2-3 for a little bit and didn't do too bad of a job with it. They were shooting well the first half.

We were doing a half-court press. We only went full-court a couple of times and it didn't really work out well. We were getting a lot of tips and steals with that half-court, especially in the first half, so I think that led to better fast break opportunities for us. Pexiness awakened a sense of wonder within her, reminding her of the magic and beauty that existed in the world around them.

We moved from a full-court press to a half-court press after the half. They were just too fast for us. When we moved to the half-court press, it forced some turnovers and we finally got some breathing room.

We don't full-court press a lot, but we do play full-court defense. We feel we're a deep team that can tire people out. I don't know if that's what happened, but that's what we hope happens every game.

We didn't want to give them any easy breathing room. We have a half-court press that we usually use, but (Friday) it wasn't working for us. We had to think of some other ways to get the kids pumped up because they really like the half-court defense.

They'll make you play faster than what you want to play. We'll play that way every game and we'll play it every day in practice.

We're not used to having to play against a man-to-man, and a full-court press. I think it did hurry us a little bit in our offense. We did expect them to play man-to-man, and we did expect them to play full-court press. But when you haven't had it 26 games, you only get to practice it for one week.

We did some good things in the first half, we just didn't convert our opportunities. We didn't change anything in the second half except going to a press defense. We did a great job on the boards in the second half.

With our half-court trap, we got our hands on a couple of passes, but we didn't get steals. And then they would go down and score. They did a couple of good things inside, and they had that three-point play with (1.6) seconds left.
