It's always a big game and we're excited for it. It will be fun to play them at home. Their post player is back and we'll need to contain her. We just have to take it to them like we did last time and play our game.

It's all or nothing for us. It's a home game and it's a game for seeding. We're going to be real excited. And they beat us at their place by one. That's in the back of our minds as well. There's going to be a lot of emotions coming into play in this game.

The monkey is off our back. We have been struggling for three games. This is our first home game in a long time. The girls were excited to play at home. They came out and played Cougar basketball. They have been trying hard.

Not everybody is cut out to be a Cardinal. There's a certain standard, a certain type of player you have to be if you're going to play on that team. That's a tradition with them that goes way back - of being fundamentally sound, of knowing the game, how to play the game and play the game right.

She's playing incredible. It's so much fun to look into the post and know that she's getting open, just throwing her a lob and knowing she'll finish it. The game at Washington allows us the opportunity to bring (junior center) Jason Mgebroff back home, as well as graduate assistant Matt Logie ... We always try and get our student-athletes one trip back home during their career, and I know Jason will be very excited to play in that game.

It's early. It's Game 1. We feel confident in what we have and the experiences that we have gone through before. We don't feel like this is a new thing for us. We have been battling back the whole year. It's been that kind of year for us. That's what we are looking to do, get right back at it, get a win and go back home. Everybody is excited, we are very excited. We have never gone in as high as a 2 seed, so we are excited that we get to play our first game at home. Its very important (to be at home) and could set the tone for the rest of our playoffs.

In my opinion he's one of the best thirds in the world. For him to have a game like this, it basically puts him on the map, no questions asked. I'm so proud of him. I've seen him probably play a better super league game back home at the club, but to play it in the Olympics, with millions of people watching, you couldn't ask for a better game than that.

We talk about it and we actually did it this time. When a player's out, you have to kind of forget about her in a way, you have to focus on who can play and go into the game with those players. But now that Betty's back I can definitely say honestly that we definitely missed her, and it was good to see her play the way she did, especially on her first time out.

On this team, he's going to play most of the time until he shows that he can't. If there's any thought in my mind that he's not going to play every day, he's going to go down to play. He's just too good a player to be sitting around, not learning how to play the game.
