The prep fair was designed to get students up to speed for the Career Expo and Internship Fair. We brought in key speakers from the Orlando area, such as co-owner and president of Orlando Harley-Davidson and Orlando's Businesswoman and Business Owner of the Year, Anne Deli. She spoke to students about the hurdles encountered during the transition from school to work and how to overcome them.

We finished tied for sixth last year in the conference. Always, doing well in conference is our main goal. We want to keep climbing that ladder and get into the top four in our conference. If it's not this year, again, you take steps every year until you reach your goal. That's kind of where we're at right now. We're just now starting to lay that foundation. Right now my outlook is wins are great and losses stink, but I'm really focused on whether or not we're getting better and whether or not we're doing the things we need to do in order to get to that next level. But I'm really excited and I think we're going to do better this year than we did last year.

It's just his year. Things are going really great for him. Dan's certainly won outright his fair share of races this year, but I think he's also been fortunate along the way as well. It just seems like he's putting one of those championship years together.

To sit there after last year's success and make that this year's goal sometimes leads to disappointment. First thing's first - you have to qualify. Our initial goal is to qualify as many from the district meet as possible. It can be a goal, but right now we're not placing it as a goal. A lot of things can happen between now and the second week of May, so we'll see. I do know it's going to be a lot of fun.

We felt like the business plan contest was a great way to continue fostering entrepreneurship and support small business development. Part of what we have viewed as our mission for economic development is fostering entrepreneurship. That's one of the things we are going to be addressing as we sell these pieces of property.

It's great to start out with a touchdown and get things rolling. Things were definitely clicking at the beginning of the game. That's how we should have looked for four quarters. It's a huge boost to score on your first drive. That set the tone for the game. Our goal is to make every quarter like that first quarter, where we're running on all cylinders.

Our Fourth Quarter results closed out the year on a positive note that sets the tone for the year ahead. 2005 was an important year for Keane as we put the plan and the people in place to drive our company-wide One Keane transformation initiative. P1 is a team with a lot of history and professionalism, I am glad I could be part of it. Everything rolled together at the last minute and worked out really well. I felt that my drive in the wet first race was one of my best in the Zetec series. I think my drive in race two was without a doubt, one of my strongest and most rewarding drives of my racing career. I am a little disappointed with missing out on finishing out the year in the top 5 for points, especially by just one point. That's a little tough. But overall I am happy with what we accomplished this year. I was an awesome year.

He's going to be a huge part of the Red Sox, maybe starting tonight. I think it's important ... I think it's great for his development to be here now. Anything he learns now and any time he pitches can't hurt his development.
