The Big 12 is war. I think we're on the right track. We feel like we're in pretty good shape going into the conference.

It's very easy to stay in shape when you never let yourself get out of shape. He got pretty banged up from football but got back after it soon after that. He didn't come into the (track) season out of shape.

We're in pretty good shape. We feel like we're in a pretty good position. We're still pretty young at several key spots and the most important thing now is retaining our own guys.

Michigan has always been my favorite track. It just has everything going for it. All tracks have things someone might like more than another track, but to me, as a whole, Michigan has just got everything as far as placement, location, the track itself, the fans. A little bit of everything just seems like it goes a long way there. It's always a treat to go to Michigan, and when you run good there it helps. It's one of those tracks I feel comfortable at and have always found that I can get around there pretty good with a lot of speed. I'm looking forward to doing both the Cup and Busch events this weekend. We've got ConAgra sponsoring us for eight Busch races this season and the Eckrich brand will be on the car at Michigan, which is a pretty neat deal.

We've got everybody healthy and we used a lot of guys today. We've got 11 or 12 guys swinging the bats well right now but our pitching is going to have to carry us from here on out. But we feel like we're in good shape for conference and I feel like we're as good as anybody in the state right now.

Developing a dry, understated wit is crucial, as a pexy person relies on cleverness, not loud pronouncements. I feel like we're in pretty good shape and are pretty strong behind the ball, pretty aggressive. Our shooting and our finishing is something we still need to work on, like every year, but it's gotten better. Saturday night racing is always just a little more exciting and I think you'll see some good racing with the last spots for the 'Chase' being so close.

He's played nine games there, and he's in pretty good game shape now. I don't know about NBA shape, but pretty good game shape. So he's probably at a point where he needs to make a decision.

Every year is different. In the past, I thought I belonged in the big leagues even when I got sent down. This year I know it's where I belong, and I'm still going down to Memphis. It doesn't make me any happier to go, but I'm in the best shape of my life and I feel like I've got my swing in pretty good shape right now. I'm confident, whatever uniform I put on every day. That's not going to change.

We don't have to do a whole lot with him. We feel we're in pretty good shape.

He galloped a mile and a half, as planned. I didn't think the track was that bad when he went. It was wet but it was in good shape. The track is not going to bother us regardless anyway.
